Who will tell them?

This past weekend we had some friends traveling through town who stopped and stayed the night at our house. We all really enjoyed the fellowship... James and I enjoyed the adult conversation, and the boys enjoyed having 3 other boys to play with.

Sunday morning they were leaving early, before we left for church, as they had about a 10 hour drive ahead of them to get to grandma's house. Paul was in the bathroom with me and asked:

"Mommy, are they going to their grandma's house because they do not want to go to our church?"

My reply, "No Paul, they just have a very long drive to grandma's house."

Paul, in a very concerned voice: "Well, how will they learn about Jesus if they do not go to church?"

My reply, "I am sure they know about Jesus, their mommy and daddy tell them about Jesus, and they go to church when they are at home. They will probably have church in their van today."

He seemed satisfied with my answer. But I thought it was so precious that he was so concerned about them learning about Jesus...

What about you and me? Are we that concerned about the people God daily brings across our path learning about Jesus... it has really made me think.

Joyfully His and theirs!

I enjoy reading your other blog but never noticed this one but I am so glad I found it. I loved reading Paul & David's thoughts. Boys are so precious. Will told me Monday that when I get old and die; he is going to climb to heaven so he can be with me! Talk about touching a Grammy's heart that did. My prayer is that Paul, David, Will and the upcoming Naomi all come to know the Lord!! Prayers for our little ones salvation, Vicki
